The City of Bloomington Water Department seeks to obtain competitive pricing for the infrastructure upgrade per the specifications contained herein. The project site is located along Armory Drive at the BUS 51 split in Bloomington, Illinois. The work is generally described as general construction of water distribution facilities including sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation and control.
