The proposed partial depth Cold-in-Place pavement recycling project is located on Bluff Road from just south of DD Road to approximately 2000 ft north of Hanover Road in Monroe County, Illinois. The project length is 26,228.38 feet (4.968 miles). The work on this project consists of cold-in-place recycled material resurfacing, milling, HMA surface courses, driveway and sideroad resurfacing, thermoplastic pavement markings, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work in the above-described Section according to the plans, specifications and special provisions.

The work consists of the mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's forces and equipment necessary for performing the work required under the contract; clearing and grubbing and disposal of trees, snags, logs, brush, stumps, shrubs, and rubbish from the designated areas.
