The proposed improvement consists of: SN 075-0098 & 0099: Replacement of expansion joints, finger joint plate adjustment, bridge deck scarification and microsilica concrete overlay, diamond grinding, and bridge painting. Girder 5 is also to be strengthened at west abutment and pier 4 on SN 075-0099 (WB). Roadway Work: HMA overlay, replacement of bridge approach shoulder pavement at the west abutment, shoulder inlet and pipe drain replacements, concrete curb, guardrail replacement, and reinstalling pavement markings. Roadway Weather Information System (RWIS): Removal and disposal of the existing RWIS and the complete replacement of the roadway weather information system at a different location within the project limits. Work items include a concrete pad, chain link fence, conduit, and other associated work items. Location: The project is located over 250th Street, Norfolk Southern Railway, Hadley Creek & 315th Ave, 1.8 miles west of CH 4 at Barry Interchange.

Location: The project is located on IL 100 from 0.9 miles south of Oak Street in Milton to south of CH 10, west of Pearl in Pike County.
