This project consists of 2nd Avenue roadway and utility improvements, the installation of steel sheet piling paralleling 2nd Avenue, new pump station construction, construction of an embankment berm at the new pump station, chain link fence construction, seeding, and decommissioning of the existing pump station once the new pump station is brought online and is fully operational.
