Description
The proposed improvements consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to rehabilitate the pavement and construct pedestrian accommodations on a 0.433-mile section of Martin Luther King Drive (State St. to Columbia Pl.) in East St. Louis. The project consists of site related work, pavement patching, curb removal and replacement, HMA surfacing, driveway pavement reconstruction, and sidewalk and sidewalk ramp reconstruction to meet current ADA standards as well as other work according to the plans and these specifications.
