Horner & Shifrin, Inc., on behalf of the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge and Williamson County, is pleased to invite qualified contractors to submit bids for the Crab Orchard Greenway Section 3 project. Approximately 1.894 miles of new 10 wide concrete multi-use trail will be constructed, including tree removal, earthwork, grading and drainage items.
