Project Scope: The proposed water main replacement Project includes the abandonment of 500 LFT of existing watermain. The abandoned pipe will be replaced with approximately 500 LFT of 12-inch and 60 LFT of 6-inch ductile-iron pipe with approximately 200 LFT being encased with an anticipated trenchless and open-cut installation.

Scope: The Evansville West HVAC Modifications Project generally consists the Installation of a new makeup air unit for the tunnel system along with new electrical and gas utilities, removal of existing control fans, wiring, and switches from the office system, installation of dedicated heating/cooling unit for the control panel room including an indoor and outdoor unit and electrical, replacement of HVAC controls in each building, and testing and balancing on HVAC systems. All work performed shall be in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Clark Dietz. Inc.
