Scope of Work: Bargersville Fire Station 201: This project consists of phased additions and renovations to the existing Fire Station 201 (a 3-bay, back-in station w/ fire headquarters). The existing station is approximately 13,826 SF with new additions totaling approximately 7,122 SF (one additional apparatus bay, new administration space and expanded living space). The drawings indicate which portions of the existing space get renovated and/or have interior finish upgrades, including which portions of this scope are alternates. The site does not currently have access to sanitary sewer; however, a new connection will be made to sanitary sewer to the north, allowing us to demolish the existing septic system. Storm water detention is designed specifically for this site, which will consist of relocating the current pond to allow for expansion to the existing building. A new drive will be installed to allow for vehicles to circulate around the entirety of the building and will provide access to additional parking. Due to this being an operational station, coordination of phasing, specifically for utility switch overs and transitions, is critical.

Project Description: The Work consists of Phase 2 is safety improvements at St. Clair St and Massachusetts Ave and resurfacing on College Ave from St. Clair St to 11th St. in conjunction with the Hendricks/Bottleworks District.

Scope: The Work consists of construction of new multi-use trails that include ADA ramps, HMA pavement, trail signage, and vehicle & pedestrian signals, in the following locations: along the Pleasant Run Creek corridor, from Bluff Rd to Garfield Park, along Bluff Road, from 750 feet north of Troy Avenue to Raymond Street, Rehabilitation of the existing Pleasant Run Greenway Trail between Garfield Park and Ellenberger Park, which shall include pavement replacement, crossing improvements, new pavement markings, and upgrades to signage and trail amenities.

Scope of Work includes a new playground, splash pad, and civil works. Project consists of Site preparation, utility work, plumbing/waterproofing for the splash pad, installation of playground equipment, safety surfacing, and landscaping.
