Project Description: The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide tree trimming, pruning & removal services for the Housing & Community Serviced and MABCD Department.
Scope of Services: Duties to accomplish cleanliness include the following requirements. empty the trash cans outside the Douglas Design shelters, pick up trash or debris on concrete pads and inside shelters, clean all glass, clean any beverage or food spills, gum removal, sweep up cigarette butts, wipe down inside the shelters, including the benches and removal of any graffiti. There are no trash cans to empty with the shelters Downtown. However, Transit requires the trash and debris on the concrete pads and inside the shelters to be disposed of properly.
Project Description: The City of Wichita is seeking to replace this lighting utilizing CANTO USA RETRO-Passive 2.0 technology or equivalent. Solution must retrofit into existing fixtures and be dimmable via line voltage using ETC Dimmers.

Scope of Services: The machine supplied to meet this specification must be current, new, and unused, substantiated by current published literature and price sheets. The manufacturer must be prepared to prove satisfactory experience in the design and manufacture of the type of machine described. Service facilities staff by qualified employees with adequate inventory of parts for repair and service of unit must be located in the Wichita, Kansas area or qualified factory-trained and certified repair technicians who will travel to the City facility at which the equipment is stored within 24 hours of the repair or service request without expense to the City of Wichita. The type sought is a Bobcat T76-2 Compact Track Loader.
