Description
This project will consist of the removal of the existing terra-cotta cladding and replacement with new stainless steel mesh cladding; the removal of the two concrete stair towers, and the construction of two new glass and concrete stair towers; and the creation of a new elevator shaft. The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be three hundred five (305) consecutive calendar days and Final Completion shall be thirty (30) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site cleanup and fully functional. Deadline for questions is March 27, 2023 by 1:00pm.
