This is an invitation to submit a Proposal for the design, engineering, and turnkey construction of a splash pad, turf play area, and associated site amenities at Shed Road Park (Meadowview). The proposed project consists of the development of a family-oriented recreational space that includes a potable water flow-through splash pad system, a synthetic turf play area, shade structures, seating, and supporting infrastructure.
