Description

The Work includes selective demolition and renovation to an existing, historic building in downtown Shreveport. The structural system is a combination of structural steel, wood joists, and concrete construction. The work includes select renovations of the ceiling including removing existing glue down ceiling tiles, repainting plaster ceiling and ceiling elements, repainting of rear wall at upper balcony (at sides and rear of auditorium), replacing fixed lighting at upper ceiling area including can lights and strip lighting at decorative fixtures, and replacing the HVAC diffusers/grilles at upper ceiling.
