Description

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The Shreveport Fire Department Training Tower is located at the Police & Fire Academy, 6440 Greenwood Road, Shreveport, LA 71119. The Training Tower is a 7 story, concrete and brick structure used for various fire rescue training activities. The scope of this project is the complete demolition of the Training Tower and removal of all debris from the project site. In addition to the building demolition, a 64-0 long by 40-0 wide area of concrete paving around the Training Tower is to be demolished and removed from the project site. Select fill material is to be brought in to the 64-0 x 40-0 area of open ground, compacted, and graded for positive drainage.
