Louisiana Swamp Base is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced CMAR firms to provide both Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Phase 2 buildout of its High Adventure Campus. This phase includes: A Welcome Center (public exhibit hall, meeting space, retail, and administrative space) A Warehouse Building (equipment and program storage) A STEM/Education Building (classroom, lab and performance space).
