Description
The responsible Contractor will be licensed to provide the applicable services required in the State of Louisiana through the state contractors licensing board and must be able to show the ability to maintain workers compensation and liability insurance for its operations. Expected operations include, but are not limited to: 1. Tree (and Limbs - Tree Stumps) removal. 2. Brush chipping and removal. 3. Manpower & Equipment for Hanger Removal from Public Right-of-Way 4. Excavator (wheels) with Grapple/Operator 5. 30 yard roll off truck with driver 6. 30 yard rear loader with driver 7. 2 men on rear loader truck 8. 5 yard front loader with operator 9. Tractor with front load bucket with operator 10. Excavator on tracks with Grapple/Operator 11. Climbing Saw man (as needed) 12. Tractor trailer with Low-Boy and driver 13. Foreman 14. Flagman 15. Boom loader with operator 16. Tandem truck with driver 17. Trailer truck with driver 18. Saw man with saw 19. Mini Front End Loader with Grapple/Operator 20. Radios
