This Contract consists of providing highway maintenance labor support for the State HighwayAdministration (SHA) Hanover Complex. If applicable, this Contract work may extend to theother maintenance shops in all SHA Districts, should extenuating circumstances dictate the need,as mutually agreed upon by both the Administration and the Contractor. Small Business Reserve Designation.
