Description
HABC is accepting bids to Supply Countertops and Accessories. Project Description: The Bidder shall provide bids in accordance with the scheduled unit prices. Such prices shall remain in effect for one (1) calendar year from the date of the contract. a. After the initial one-year period, unit prices may be adjusted based on documented, substantiated material costs increase. b. Notification of the vendors request for price increase for the subsequent one-year period option must be submitted and received at the HABC Procurement Department within thirty (30) days prior to the ending date of the current contract year. c. HABC reserves the right to accept or reject any such request for price adjustments.
