Description
Housing Authority of Baltimore City is accepting bids for Mt. Winans Entry Door Replacement Installation. Scope: Project Description: Install HM commercial doors and frames at all apartment entries. Receive door, frame and hardware deliveries on-site and provide secure storage. Paint doors and frames on or off-site with Sherwin-Williams DTM latex, 2 finish coats. Coordinate work schedule with HABC and deliver work notifications to tenants. Remove and dispose of 100 entry doors, frames and accessories to lawful offsite disposal. HABC will provide locations where storage and debris container may be placed. Install locksets, deadbolts, knocker/viewers, mail slots and hinges at front entry doors. Install locksets, deadbolts, peep viewers and hinges at rear entry doors. Paint, doors, frames and door hardware. Necessary tools, brushes, rollers, spray equipment are to be supplied by this contractor, and he/she shall provide all fasteners, caulk, and filler materials that this work requires. Supply & install necessary wood blocking at door openings and mullions as needed to install metal frames and to replace any existing blocking and trim inside and out. Supply & install bronze (color) aluminum break metal over entry mullions between double and triple door frames.
