Description

The Maryland State Highway Administrations Annapolis Maintenance Shop is soliciting a lump sum bid for the installation/replacement of: Two (2) sectional overhead doors The work consists of replacing two (2) 14x14 overhead sectional doors, motors, two weatherproof switches, weatherproof covers, tracks, rollers, safety edge weatherstrips, and all associated hardware. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to perform all work. This work shall be completed in accordance with this specification and scope of work in the manner called for, and to the satisfaction of the State Highway Administration Office of Maintenance (OOM). Vendor should use best practices established in the construction industry to perform this work. All work to be done in a safe manner, adhering to OSHA, MOSH, codes/regulations and standards. Vendor shall be licensed to perform work in the State of Maryland.
