The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are accepting proposals for the Chip Seal Surface Treatment of Wolf Road in Caroline County, Maryland. Specifications and standards are contained elsewhere in this proposal. Work is generally described as follows: Roadway base repair and roadway build-up, where required Limited clearing Application of four (4) courses of chip seal surface treatment Stabilization of disturbed areas.
