The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Public Works is accepting proposals for the Chip Seal Surface Treatment of Stafford Road in Caroline County, Maryland. Specifications and standards are contained elsewhere in this proposal. Work is generally described as follows: The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: - Demolition and removal of specified culverts - Installation of replacement of specified culverts - Roadway base repair and roadway build-up, where required - Limited clearing - Application of four (4) courses of chip seal surface treatment - Stabilization of disturbed areas
