Description

Cecil County Department of Public Works is seeking vendors to provide maintenance, cleaning, inspections, testing, and repairs to various fuel holding tanks within the county. Services may include, but not limited to the following list of potential tasks: Inspection; Quarterly replacement of fuel filters at fuel dispensing locations; Testing: Perform any/all required testing of tanks and equipment as required by federal/state, and local directives; Testing of fuel to ensure if meets Colonial Pipeline specifications as required or when requested by the County; Fuel cleaning, as needed; Repairs as needed; Upgrades as required; Replacement of above ground and underground storage tanks and miscellaneous equipment; Investigation of tank and /or equipment releases; and Remediation: To coincide with any releases, the vendor shall provide its proposed solution to remediate any impacted area back to acceptable standards.
