Description

The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed proposals from a qualified design team for design/build services for the design and construction of a proposed 3,750 square foot industrial maintenance shop building including associated site infrastructure improvements located at 200 Francis Sanders Drive Oakland Maryland, Garrett County, Maryland. The design/build team shall, at a minimum include a licensed general contractor with industrial experience and a licensed engineering firm.
