Description

The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the purchase, removal of existing flooring systems and installation of approximately 5,250 yards of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and 1165 yards of carpet as specified in various areas of the Garrett County Courthouse Administration 40 South Second Street, Oakland, Maryland. Work includes selective demolition of existing carpet ceramic tiles, and related underlayments; limited subfloor work; installation of luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, stair coverings, cove base, transitions, and associated adhesives/sealers.
