Description

The County Commissioners of Kent County is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional janitorial services for designated County facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning chemicals necessary to perform janitorial services for the designated County facilities listed herein. Services shall be performed five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, after normal business hours. Work shall begin no earlier than 5:00 PM unless otherwise approved in writing by Public Works. Services shall not be required on officially observed County holidays. No weekend services are required unless separately authorized in writing by Public Works. The Contractor shall be responsible for all transportation of personnel, equipment, and supplies between facilities. All associated costs shall be included in the Contractors pricing.
