The City of Rockville, Maryland is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to include, but not be limited to: consultative and technical guidance; production of individual project scopes, design documents, construction documents, planning documents, specifications, project schedules and cost estimates; as well as, bid, award, project management, construction administration and inspection, monitoring and testing, policy and regulation development, training and public outreach support, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and permitting and report writing services on an asneeded basis.
