Description

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is soliciting proposals from highly qualified consultant teams to provide architectural and engineering services (A/E) services for Historic Concord Manor Preservation, Rehabilitation, and Infrastructure Improvement. The Project generally includes the upgrade of all site utility services, new accessible and staff only parking, rehabilitation of the buildings damaged or deteriorated wood, plaster, masonry and paint throughout. This RFP also covers the development of the existing rooms, as described in the preliminary program document, interactive and visual gallery spaces, offices spaces, and small meeting rooms.
