USMS Court Security Officer Services for Federal Judicial Circuits 1, 3, 4, 5 & 8, Maryland
561612 - Security Guards and Patrol Services. The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Office of Procurement has a requirement for armed court security guard services forFederal Judicial Circuits. The period of performance is five years, which includes a base period of twelve (12) months and four one-year option periods. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) requires a Contractor to furnish non- commercial armed security guard services defined in the design/detail Statement of Work (SOW) and contract exhibits, as Court Security Officer (CSO) and related services for the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 8th Federal Judicial Circuits. In furnishing these services, the Contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, manpower, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided). The Contractor shall also plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of the CSO Services SOW and compliance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Places of performance: 1st Circuit Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico 3rd Circuit Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virgin Islands 4th Circuit Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia 5th Circuit Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas 8th Circuit Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska.
