Description

The Mayor & City Council of Ocean City is seeking BIDs from qualified and experienced Vendors to provide for the Eagles Landing Plant Mitigation and for said work to conform with the BID Documents. The Town of Ocean City is conducting a renovation project that will address tidal flooding by raising affected area(s) of the golf course. This project has impacts as defined in the Maryland Critical Area and requires a mitigation effort of no less than fifty-five thousand nine hundred (55,900) critical area points for restoration. The purpose of this Invitation to BID is to Award a Successful Vendor to provide, install, secure, mulch, and maintain for the period of not less than six (6) months from date of acceptance, plants required by the Maryland Critical Areas Commission (herein CAC) as remediation for the trees and ancillary buffer impacts caused by the Eagles Landing tidal flood remediation project.
