Description
The work includes, but is not limited to the following: replacement of the influent, effluent and dewatering gates, 1,900 ft. of channel aeration piping system, restoration of concrete tank walls and ceilings, replacement of approximately 280 clarifier chain drive systems, replacement of Primary Effluent Cross Channel gate actuators, replacement of the Return Sludge Vent Overflow piping; Primary Clarifier intermediate level hatches; Primary Clarifier head shafts and bearings, Primary Influent Channel Linabond repair; and the installation of new 480V service receptacles. The estimated time frame for project completion is 1620 calendar days. Each General Bid and Filed Sub-bids must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM. Sub-bids for sub trades will be received until November 30, 2022 by 11:30am. Sub-trades include Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Damp proofing, and Caulking, Painting, and Electrical. MBE goal is 4.2% and WBE goal is 4.5%.
