The work of this project includes: Upgrades to St. Croix Valley Water Resource Recovery Facility including: new bar screens, new primary sludge pumps, aeration blower VFDs and aeration improvements, new UV disinfection system, alum storage and feed system improvements, HVAC improvements, electrical improvements, fiber work, road reconstruction, carbon vessels fall protection, gravity thickener repairs and access upgrades, and sludge backup hauling during construction.
