Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks a prime contractor for the resurfacing of County Road C from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road and will include grading, surfacing, mill and overlay, reclamation, bituminous surfacing, converting striping to 3 lanes and bike shoulders, sidewalks/trails, traffic signals (3), and pedestrian signal.
