Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This acquisition seeks to secure a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for comprehensive general construction services across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. Within the scope of this solicitation, General Construction Services encompasses the oversight, management, and execution of all building tasks necessary for successful project completion. Anticipated activities include, but are not restricted to, commercial office build-outs, renovations, and repairs; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system upgrades or replacements; fire suppression system modifications; sitework; exterior envelope repairs including roofing and facades; demolition and hazardous material abatement; elevator modernization; and various other construction requirements identified by the Government. Specific task orders may necessitate specialized technical proficiency. The resulting contract will feature a one-year base period supplemented by four successive one-year option periods.
