Description The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, incidental materials, and consumables to perform the installation of the Unit 1 Boiler Superheater replacement.The work includes Contractor's removal of original materials and installation of new District supplied materials at the Sheldon Station Unit 1 boiler to include: Reheat Superheater (RHSH) heating surface replacement including the entire inlet and outlet sections. The RHSH consists of a total of 188 circuits. The outlet section includes 47 panels with four circuits while the inlet section includes 63 total panels, 62 with 3 circuits and a single panel with just 2 circuits. Replacement of the reheat inlet and outlet refractory crown seals located within the boiler penthouse. Twelve (12) each thermocouples for installation on select RHSH outlet tubes.

The City of Lincoln is requesting Qualifications from Service Providers for Master Agreements for Hydro Excavation, Grease & Debris Removal and Pumping Services. Contracts may be awarded to more than one Contractor. The Master Agreements shall be effective upon execution until July 31, 2026, with the option to Renew for Three (3) additional One (1) year Renewal terms. Master Agreement Projects range from $0 - $49,999.99 on an as-needed basis.

Master Agreement - Right-of-Way Pruning of Street Trees.

It is the intent of the City of Lincoln to retain Qualified Contractors for Right-of-Way Pruning of Street Trees Project. It is estimated that the total amount of Work for the term of the Contract is approximately $200,000.00. Scope of the Work: To provide all required supervision, Labor, Tools, Equipment, Traffic Control Devices, Services, Qualifications, Insurance, Experience and Expertise to perform Tree Services as specified in a Safe, Timely and Efficient manner in the City of Lincoln. Tree Services will involve one or any combination of the following: 2.4.1 Tree removal; and 2.4.2 Stump removal.
