Scope: The focus will be the development of a master plan that includes awareness of sustainable practices for the project site as well as future City of Henderson parks. An environmental assessment will need to be completed as part of the project. The approximately 9.5-acre site is located at 1640 Price Street and is currently the existing Wells Park (APNs 17801310058, 17801304001, 17801799001, 17801701001, and a portion of 17801701002).
