Description
Description: Remove and replace the existing air-cooled chiller with two new screw-type chillers. Modify both underground and above ground chilled water piping as needed to serve the new equipment, and update the existing chiller enclosure to accommodate the new units. Remove the existing primary chilled water pumps and install three new primary pumps. Install three new mini-split systems in the main DMV building, including associated outdoor condensing units mounted on the roof.
