Description
The Dormitory Authority State of New York (DASNY) is seeking proposals from firms to provide materials testing and special inspection services on various DASNY projects throughout New York State as required per Chapter 17 of the governing project Building Code. Working together with DASNYs Office of Code Compliance, consultants will provide services that may include but is not limited to testing and inspection of any or all of the following construction specialties: Concrete (cast in place and precast), Structural Steel, Soils, Deep Foundations, Underpinning, Masonry, Spray Fire Restive Materials, Firestopping, Window Testing, Roofing, Curtain Walls, EIFS, Pipe Welding, Non-Destructive Testing, Mechanical and Energy Code Compliance Inspections, Progress Inspections, and Quality Assurance Inspections where applicable
