Description
The STCC Revitalization Project is funded through the Endicott Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) and administered by the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). This major capital project will not only expand access to the STCC, but also expand the STCC’s capacity to provide essential programming and services to enhance the quality of life of Endicott residents for generations to come. The project scope includes: Abatement Full Roof Replacement Exterior Windows Replacement Entry Vestibule Addition Small Gym #1 Renovation (Dance Studio) Small Gym #2 Renovation (Sensory Room) Alternate #1: Parking Lot & Sidewalk Repaving (including Exterior Lighting Installation) Alternate #2: Kitchen Renovation Alternate #3: Outdoor Basketball Court (including Exterior Lighting Installation) Fire alarm system, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work will be required
