Description
Project consists of a 2,702 +/- sf building addition for EMS Ambulance storage garage, exercise workout room, toilet and shower facilities onto an existing 11,514 +/- sf pre-engineered metal building fire station. The project also includes approximately 1,215 sf of interior space alterations to reconfigure space for a new firematic turnout gear room, decontamination room and bathroom. Exterior alterations and repairs which includes new roofing, siding, overhead doors and other miscellaneous faade improvements. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is identified in the bid documents and includes work to support the new and alteration work being completed. This bid request is for Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical construction work only
