The project involves the phased rehabilitation of the existing Runway 6-24 pavements at Elmira Corning Regional Airport measuring 8,001 feet long by 150 feet wide. Work includes milling of existing asphalt (approximately 133,350 square yards), pavement repairs, FAA P-401 pavement installation (approximately 40,000 tons), pavement grooving, pavement markings, and drainage improvements. Also included is the replacement of the existing, in-pavement runway centerline light trench and associated underground infrastructure
