This Scope of Work includes removal and disposal of existing flooring, substrate preparation, installation of new carpet tile, installation of rubber base, installation of stair treads with nosings, and installation of black rubber transitions at all door locations. Contractor shall supply all materials, verify all quantities, provide 5% attic stock, and move/manage all furniture as required. Stair risers will be painted by others
