Description

City of Newburgh (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Combined Sewer Control Facility The Project includes the following Work: Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items to construct a Combined Sewer Control Facility consisting of a screening equipment, flow control equipment, chemical storage and dosing equipment, odor control equipment and associated duct work, chlorine contact tank, outfall sewer, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, SCADA systems, site work. Provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items to construct an influent sewer that includes a railroad crossing, structural support piers, site work, new concrete energy dissipation structure and associated items. Separate Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. Description of Contract 1G General Construction 1E Electrical Construction 1P Plumbing Construction 1H HVAC Construction The Project has an expected duration of 730 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
