The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision required and necessary to inspect for asbestos, monitor asbestos projects, report on and describe Asbestos Containing Materials, suspected Asbestos Containing Materials and their condition, approximate the quantity of damaged material, analyze thermal and miscellaneous ACM materials, collect bulk/air samples, and analyze and prepare reports and ACP-5 forms as requested, signed and sealed by the NYC DEP certified Asbestos investigator in schools and other buildings
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision required for the repair and replacement of playground safety mats and sports surfacing in schools and other buildings
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and supervision required and necessary to provide chemical water treatment services including communication devices and corrosion coupons, inspect, test, diagnose, and report on chemical water treatments, chemical feed systems and any related devices/systems for cooling tower systems in schools and other buildings
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary for JOC Electrical work at DOE schools and administrative buildings
