1. Vendor is responsible for calling dig safe. 2. Vendor must coordinate installation with Director of Parks and Recreation and complete work with no additional costs. 3. Vendor must inspect shipments to ensure that products comply with requirements, quantities are correct, and products are undamaged. 4. Vendor must ensure that products are stored in accordance with manufacturer's instructions to prevent damage. 5. Vendor must prepare surfaces and remove unsuitable materials to provide for proper installation
