Description
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering design services for the replacement of the Phoenicia Bridge (BIN 3347800). The selected firm will advance the Project from existing conceptual designs through final design, including the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and required permitting, to develop shovel-ready construction documents that address structural, hydraulic, and environmental considerations. The selected firm will also be responsible for construction inspection services
