Description
Ulster County Community College is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for the construction renovation services of the Math Center located in Dewitt building. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Site preparation, including clearing, and earthwork. Site improvements, including pedestrian unit paving, asphalt paving, site drainage, site furnishings, and landscaping. Selective demolition, including removal of asbestos containing materials. Interior construction, including gypsum board partitions, doors, interior glazed openings, and fittings. Interior finishes, including tile carpeting, painting, acoustical panel ceilings, white board wall covering, and built-in casework. Furniture and Equipment, including interior furniture, exterior furniture, portable white boards, wall mounted black boards and bulletin boards. Purchase of lighting, to be installed by campus. Temporary facilities and controls.
