Description

The Town of Mamaroneck proposes to install a new shade structure and tree plantings at the existing playground located at Baldwin Ave. Larchmont, NY. The shade structure shall be a seasonally removable tensile fabric structure. The construction is subject to all applicable codes adopted by New York State pertaining to building construction, and play equipment safety. Site work will include soil cell installation, new tree planting, shade sail installation, and repair to any damaged surfacing, play equipment, or other site feature not designated for removal and caused by the contractors means and methods of installation
