Description
Contract is to demolish 8 Residential single family homes and restore property back to natural state. Obtain necessary permits, Health and Safety Plans, etc. There is hazardous material abatement such as but not limited to asbestos, Lead and or other materials that need to be abated properly. Contractors are highly encouraged to read the specifications carefully. Failure to do such will not relieve the contractor from retaining specified licensed abatement contractors
