Description
The Town of Mamaroneck proposes to renovate the Hommocks Ice Rink skate shop located at 140 Hommocks Road, Larchmont, NY 10538. The project consists of the following: Demolition of the existing skate shop, installation of a new helical pile foundation, slab on grade. Reconstruction of a new skate shop building including flooring, walls, doors, lighting, new electrical outlets. The renovations are subject to all applicable codes adopted by New York State pertaining to building construction
