Description
Awarded Vendor shall provide code required professional maintenance, service, testing and inspections of installed fire suppression systems located in the downtown Raleigh State Governmental Complex, Blue Ridge Road Area Facilities, and the State Crime Lab on Tryon Road. Testing and inspections service shall be performed by properly trained service technicians and inspectors, for this equipment, based on past experience and qualifications. Sprinkler Technicians must have confined spacing training for some vaults. (See meeting requirements in Section 4.1)
